The power to reshape life

While we are in the prime of life, cherish our time well, but don’t become workaholics either. Take time to love ourselves and our families. The time when your career starts to decline may come earlier than you expect, so think carefully about what you can do after retirement in the future and start making preparations from a young age.

We can do a lot of things with friends and family, learn more knowledge, expand our knowledge scope, accumulate experience and improve ourselves. Every step, even setbacks, will help us. Just allow things to happen.

Life is just a few decades in a hurry. No one can change the length of life, but we can choose to constantly improve our way of living through learning.

People of my parents’ generation are now experiencing the second half of their lives. They are very confused and powerless, constantly saying that they are useless, that they can’t do this or that. They want to say they are old but don’t want to admit it. They want to say they are young but their health is much worse than before. People really need to keep learning so that even when they are in their fifties or sixties, they can still find the meaning of life for themselves again.

Health is the cornerstone of enjoying life. Pay attention to the balance and nutrition of diet, do appropriate exercise and keep the vitality and resilience of the body. Keep learning and growing. The world is constantly changing and learning never ends. We can broaden our knowledge fields and explore deeply in the fields we are interested in. Meanwhile, cultivate some new hobbies to make life more colorful.

Family is a warm harbor and good interpersonal relationships are the lubricant of life. Cherish the time with family and friends, strengthen communication, enhance understanding and jointly create more beautiful memories.

Although entering the second half of life doesn’t mean we have to stop working. According to our own interests and abilities, look for jobs or projects where we can contribute our remaining energy and realize our personal value. Whether continuing to work deeply in the original field or trying new things across different fields, we can keep growing in work and continue to make positive contributions to society.

Quietly withdraw from the crowd, find a quiet place, calm yourself down, sort out the things you need to do and then just start taking action.
